A Wapistani is anyone who:
Has a foreign passport and was born or raised outside Pakistan, or lived outside Pakistan working as a professional* for at least 10 years.
Is actively considering moving to, or investing in Pakistan’s technology, industrial or agricultural sectors, or has done so already.
Wapistanis include people of all faiths who share a vision for the betterment of the country, themselves and their families, and don’t oppose Pakistan’s Islamic basis.
*Working as professional means a minimum of 10 years of employment in a professional capacity. It does not include studying outside, or going to obtain a foreign passport and coming back etc.
